About Lee Broders

I started my first business at the age of 26, after serving 10 years in the British Army. I used the “Get Stuff Done” mindset to deliver successful intervention in business challenges, at an operational and relationship level.

With expertise in assessment, analysis, strategy formulation and implementation, I am a positive leader with a personable style and clear communication skills. I seek to listen and apply emotional intelligence to understand an individual’s working style, and adapt to work with them successfully.

Over the last 2 decades, I have been an entrepreneurial business owner in the private and public sector. I have been involved with several different businesses in a variety of industries, including property management, photography and legal services.

At 41, I learned to fly and qualified as a private pilot. I have since become an Accredited Mediator, attained a Master of Laws and I have finally found my passion helping people as a Life Coach.

I surround myself with like-minded people to grow in business and learning, and I am constantly investing in myself by continuing my education. I choose to align myself with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SPG), especially Goal 1: No Poverty, and Goal 17: Partnerships to achieve the goal.

My Approach

I believe anyone  and everyone has the ability to live a fulfilled and satisfied life, but everyone experiences obstacles that mean we do not always reach our full potential. I have worked with many people who are unhappy with their lives, and they are unsure how to identify their issues.

By choosing to work with me, I can help you on an individual level, supporting you on your journey to a more confident and empowered life, business and career.
